Criteria for Application

  • » Students who have completed their Intermediate level or 10+2 are eligible to study in Japan
  • » Students currently studying in college or university are preferable
  • » Students have to study in this institution for six month in course A.
  • » Students must have sufficient fund to study in Japan


Note: An agreement should be made between student's gaurdain and International Toyo Education Center.

Flow of events for enrollment and Visa Application

 

 

Document Required

Students applying for a student visa need to submit the following documents. Documents needed may slightly differ depending on the school

  • » Photocopies of all academic certificates
  • » Latest Character Certificates and Academic Transcript (Original Copy)
  • » Recommendation letter from present college. (for student presently studying in college)
  • » Certificate of minimum 6 months (250hrs) of Japanese Language Training
  • » 10 Copies of passport size photographs
  • » Citizenship Certificates
  • » Photocopy of valid passport
  • » Certificate from a registered doctor confirming the student to be physically and mentally fit. (Applicable to certain school)
  • » Certificate of work experience if any. (Optional)
  • » Certificate of relationship verification with the sponsor. (i.e. Father, Mother)
  • » Certificate of annual income for the last three consecutive years
  • » Certificate of Tax clearance of income source of the sponsor
  • » Certificate of Bank Balance with minimum one year transaction
  • » Certificate of property evaluation
  • » Certificate of good conduct, confirming non-involvement in any criminal activities from the District Police Headquaters. (Police Report)
